Moving a patient's stage from a task
The Stage Name field is a dropdown. You can use it to move the patient to a different pipeline stage directly from the task detail, without going to the pipeline board.
- Selecting a new stage will complete all open tasks for that patient (including the current one) and move them to the new stage.
- If you select Waiting For, a dialog will prompt you to set a reminder date.
- The change takes effect immediately.
Tip: This is useful when you've just spoken to a patient and need to update their stage — you can do it directly from the task you were working on.

Below the task details, you can view patient notes inline. These are shared notes visible to all team members for that patient.
