Searching & Filtering Tasks
Search
Use the search bar at the top of the Tasks page to find tasks by:
- Task title
- Patient given name or family name
- Assigned user name
Results update as you type.
Filter by status
Use the Status filter to show only tasks with a specific status:
| Filter | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | All tasks regardless of status |
| Open | Tasks not yet completed or cancelled |
| Completed | Finished tasks with an outcome |
| Cancelled | Tasks that were cancelled |
Filter by patient
Use the Patient filter to show only tasks linked to a specific patient. This is useful when you are reviewing everything that needs to be done for one person.
Combining filters
You can combine search and filters. For example, search for a patient name and also filter by Open to see only their active tasks.
Resetting filters
Click the Reset or Clear option next to the filter toolbar to return to the default view.
