Assigning Tasks

You can claim one or more open tasks and assign them to yourself so they appear in your My Tasks tab.

Assign a single task

  1. In the task list, select the checkbox next to the task you want to claim.
  2. Click the Take action button that appears below the list, then click Assign to me.

The task will now show your name in the Assigned to column.

Assign multiple tasks at once

  1. Select the checkboxes next to all the tasks you want to claim.
  2. Click the Take action button, then click Assign to me.

All selected tasks will be assigned to you in one action.

Tip: Use the My Tasks tab after assigning to confirm the tasks now appear under your name.

Warning: Only Open tasks can be assigned.
