Patient Notes in a Task

Patient notes appear directly inside the Task Details panel.

Viewing notes

Open any task to see the Patient Notes section at the bottom of the panel. All notes for that patient are listed immediately, showing:

  • Note title
  • Description (if any)
  • Who created the note and when

A count badge next to the heading shows how many notes exist (e.g. Patient Notes 3). If there are no notes yet, the section shows "No notes yet."

Adding a note

  1. Click the Add Note button (top-right of the Patient Notes section).
  2. Enter a title and an optional description in the dialog that opens.
  3. Save — the note appears in the list immediately.

Editing a note

Click the pencil icon on any note to open the edit dialog. Update the title or description and save.

Deleting a note

Click the trash icon on a note. A confirmation dialog will appear — confirm to permanently delete it.

Notes are shared

Patient notes belong to the patient, not the task. Notes added here are visible anywhere that patient's notes appear across the system, such as in the Contacts section.

Tip: Use patient notes to record important context, e.g. "Patient mentioned they are travelling in July — do not book until August."
