Completing a Task
Tasks in Coda Crimson complete automatically when a patient moves to a new pipeline stage. All open tasks for that patient are marked Completed as part of the stage transition — you don't need to close them individually.
How completion happens
When you move a patient to a new stage (from the pipeline board or the stage dropdown on a task), all of their open tasks complete automatically. A new task is created for the new stage if follow-up is needed.
What happens after completion
- The task status changes to Completed
- The task moves out of the Open task list
- The new stage may create a fresh task
