Creating a Task
Steps
- Navigate to Tasks in the sidebar.
- Click the Add task button in the top-right area.
- Fill in the task details:
Field Required Description Patient Yes The patient this task is for Title Yes A short description of the task Type Yes Phone, Email, or SMS Assign to No Assign the task to a team member Description No Additional notes or context - Click Save task details to save.
After creating a task
The task will appear in the task list with a status of Open. If you assigned it to someone, they will receive a notification.
Tip: If you're creating a task for a patient follow-up call, use the Phone type and add a brief description of what to discuss. This helps the assigned team member know exactly what's expected.
