Creating a Task

Steps

  1. Navigate to Tasks in the sidebar.
  2. Click the Add task button in the top-right area.
  3. Fill in the task details:

    PatientYesThe patient this task is for
    TitleYesA short description of the task
    TypeYesPhone, Email, or SMS
    Assign toNoAssign the task to a team member
    DescriptionNoAdditional notes or context
  4. Click Save task details to save.

After creating a task

The task will appear in the task list with a status of Open. If you assigned it to someone, they will receive a notification.

Tip: If you're creating a task for a patient follow-up call, use the Phone type and add a brief description of what to discuss. This helps the assigned team member know exactly what's expected.
