What Is a Pipeline?

A pipeline is a structured workflow that guides patients through a series of stages — from first contact through to booking an appointment or completing the program.

Think of it like a care pathway: each stage represents where a patient currently is, and your job is to move them forward by completing tasks and making contact.

Pipelines page

Navigate to Pipelines in the sidebar to see all available pipelines. Each pipeline card shows:

• The pipeline name
• The number of stages
• The total number of patients currently in the pipeline

Click on a pipeline to open its stage board and start working with patients.
