Viewing a Conversation

Opening a conversation

1. Navigate to Inbox in the sidebar.
2. Click on any conversation in the list to open it.

Conversation list

The list shows:

• Patient name
• Last message preview
• Date of last message
• Unread indicator (bold/dot for unread conversations)

Inside a conversation

The conversation detail view shows:

• Message thread — full history of messages, oldest at the top, newest at the bottom
• Patient info panel — collapsible panel on the right showing patient contact details
• Reply composer — at the bottom for sending replies

Scroll up to load older messages in a long conversation.

Filters

Use the filters above the conversation list to narrow down what you see:

• Status — filter by conversation status
• Patient — show only conversations for a specific patient
