How the Inbox Works
What the Inbox is
The Inbox shows email conversations between your clinic and patients. Each conversation is a thread of messages — you can see the full history and reply directly from Coda Crimson.
How conversations are created
Conversations are created automatically when a patient replies to an email sent by your clinic. You do not need to create conversations manually.
Shared Inbox
The Inbox is shared across all users — every team member sees the same conversations.
Message statuses
Each message in a conversation has a delivery status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Message is being processed |
| Sent | Message was sent successfully |
| Delivered | Message reached the patient's inbox |
| Failed | Message could not be sent |
