Replying to a Patient
Steps
- Open the conversation from your Inbox.
- Type your reply in the reply composer fixed at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Send.
What the patient receives
Your reply is sent as an email from your clinic's configured email address. The patient receives it in their inbox and can reply back, which will update the conversation thread.
Tip: Keep replies professional and concise. The patient will see your reply as a standard email from the clinic.
After sending
Your message appears in the thread immediately with a Pending status. The status updates to Sent or Delivered once confirmed. If it shows Failed, try sending again.
