Logging In

Steps

1. Go to your clinic's Coda Crimson login page.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Sign in.
4. MFA is automatically enabled on all accounts. When prompted, verify your identity using one of:
   • Email — a code sent to your email address
   • Passkey — biometric or device-based authentication
   • Recovery code — a one-time backup code

Forgot your password?

1. On the login page, click Forgot password.
2. Enter your email address and click Send code.
3. Check your email for a verification code.
4. Enter the code on the next screen, then set your new password.

Tip: If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.

First login

Before your first login, you will receive an email containing your temporary password. Use that password to sign in, then you will be asked to:

1. Change your temporary password.
2. Set up MFA — see MFA Setup for details.

Both steps are required before you can access the app.

After setting up MFA, you will be given a set of recovery codes. Save these somewhere secure — they can be used to log in if you ever lose access to your MFA method.
