Patient Notes
Patient notes let you record important information about a patient that isn't captured in their main record. Notes are visible to all team members and persist across tasks and contacts.
Accessing patient notes
You can access patient notes from:
- The Contacts detail panel — open a patient record and look for the Notes section
- The Task Details panel — click the Patient Notes button inside a task
Adding a note
- Open the patient's notes.
- Click Add note.
- Enter a title (required) and description (optional).
- Click Save.
The note is saved immediately and attributed to you (your name is shown on the note).
Editing a note
- Find the note in the list.
- Click the edit icon.
- Update the title or description.
- Save your changes.
Deleting a note
- Find the note in the list.
- Click the delete icon.
- Confirm the deletion.
Warning: Deleting a note is permanent and cannot be undone.
Notes are shared
All team members can see all notes for a patient.
