Patient Notes

Patient notes let you record important information about a patient that isn't captured in their main record. Notes are visible to all team members and persist across tasks and contacts.

Accessing patient notes

You can access patient notes from:

  • The Contacts detail panel — open a patient record and look for the Notes section
  • The Task Details panel — click the Patient Notes button inside a task

Adding a note

  1. Open the patient's notes.
  2. Click Add note.
  3. Enter a title (required) and description (optional).
  4. Click Save.

The note is saved immediately and attributed to you (your name is shown on the note).

Editing a note

  1. Find the note in the list.
  2. Click the edit icon.
  3. Update the title or description.
  4. Save your changes.

Deleting a note

  1. Find the note in the list.
  2. Click the delete icon.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Warning: Deleting a note is permanent and cannot be undone.

Notes are shared

All team members can see all notes for a patient.
